Opportunities for growth and development within the organization A prominent environmental organization dedicated to hazardous waste handling and disposal is seeking a **Loading Operator** to join its operational team. **Requirements:** * Completion of secondary education. * Residence in Ventanilla or nearby areas adjacent to Parque Porcino. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with scheduled rotating days off. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts and work Saturdays for 6 hours. **Responsibilities:** * Perform waste and material loading and unloading activities, adhering to internal procedures and safety regulations. * Provide support in verifying and managing documentation related to operations. * Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor as required by departmental needs. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Timely bi-weekly salary payments. * Mobility and meal allowances. * Perfect attendance bonus. * Special bonus of S/ 1,000 awarded in June and November. * Ongoing training. * Opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
