Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to support the organization and control of inputs, including inventory management, coordination with suppliers, and quality supervision. Supervision of Input Quality We are a men's boxer manufacturing company under the UNNO brand, currently seeking a Logistics Assistant to support the organization and control of inputs. Punctuality, commitment, and ability to follow instructions will be highly valued. **Main Responsibilities** ● Inventory Management and Control. ● Preparation and tracking of purchase orders. ● Coordination with suppliers and monitoring of supply fulfillment. ● Receipt, storage, and distribution of inputs. ● Stock control and verification in the warehouse. ● Supervision of the quality of received inputs. ● Support for logistics and operational processes within the department. ● Registration of supplier invoices and delivery notes in the Odoo system. ● Sending emails to record purchase orders. **Requirements** Academic Qualification: Graduate in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Knowledge:** Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. Organization and planning skills. Attention to detail. Confidentiality and professional ethics. Teamwork. **Requirements** * Minimum Education: Technical degree **Working Conditions** Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.; Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Overtime is compensated.
