Responsibilities: * Installation and repair of drywall structures. * Preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Metal carpentry and basic welding work. * Use of electric and manual tools. * Execution of work at heights as required by the project. * Compliance with safety regulations. Requirements: * Verifiable work experience in maintenance and construction work. * Experience working at heights. * Knowledge of drywall and metal carpentry. * Proficiency in operating power tools. * Ability to work under pressure. * Responsible, punctual, and committed. * Immediate availability.
