Job Summary: We are seeking a production and customer service assistant to prepare desserts, maintain order, and deliver exceptional service—maximizing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Focus on quality and customer satisfaction **Production:** * Prepare desserts according to instructions. * Maintain the production area clean and organized. * Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. * Operate production equipment. **Customer Service:** * Greet customers warmly and energetically. * Explain our menu of cookies, coffees, and beverages, recommending combinations or special promotions to increase the average transaction value. * Record orders quickly and accurately, whether for in-store consumption or takeout. * Process payments in cash, credit/debit cards, or digital wallets (Yape, Plin), ensuring correct change is returned. * Prepare and package cookies and beverages with attention to presentation and brand quality standards. * Handle any order-related complaints promptly and courteously, always aiming to ensure the customer leaves satisfied. * Ensure tables, counters, cookie display cases, and service stations remain consistently clean and organized. * Promptly report when cookies or supplies are running low at the counter to maintain an attractive display. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma * Experience: Not required (entry-level welcome) * Age: Between 18 and 30 years old Employment type: Part-time, Permanent, Internship Contract duration: 3 months Salary: S/.565.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
