We aim to build an authentic gastronomic offering, meticulously attending to every detail of the product, customer experience, and team development. **About the Role** We are looking for a **Master Pizzaiolo** passionate about Italian cuisine, with experience in dough fermentation and operation of artisanal ovens. This role will be pivotal in executing and standardizing our pizzas, ensuring quality, consistency, and service efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Preparation of fermented doughs (direct, poolish, or biga methods) * Process control: hydration, fermentation, and balling * Manual dough stretching (no rolling pin) * Operation of artisanal ovens * Assembly and baking of pizzas according to standards * Station organization (mise en place) * Compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards * Coordination with kitchen and service teams **Requirements** * Experience as a pizzaiolo (ideally Neapolitan style) * Knowledge of dough fermentation * Operation of artisanal ovens * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure * Commitment to quality and continuous improvement Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 \- S/.2,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
