Job Summary: A Production Planning and Control Analyst will develop and issue production schedules, coordinate transportation, and ensure timely updates of records and databases to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead planning and control of animal protein production. 2. Coordinate logistics and operations to ensure program execution. 3. Analyze data and build dashboards for continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** Develop and issue weekly and/or daily dispatch schedules for live chicken, live pork, processed products, sausages, and dressed chicken, as assigned. Coordinate with transportation providers and manage the vehicle fleet used to transport animals from farms to our own slaughterhouses and those of third-party service providers serving Redondos. Communicate and coordinate with breeding areas, washing facilities, third-party service providers, and other involved departments to ensure proper execution of assigned programs. Ensure that information records and databases are kept up-to-date for subsequent processing in various BI tools. Build dashboards and maintain them updated to provide validated and timely information for identifying improvement opportunities and supporting decision-making. Report daily any observations or deviations detected in records and databases across different processes. Prepare reports on production, dispatch, sales, and overall supply program compliance. Develop raw material replenishment schedules and coordinate with the Commercial Operations team for timely delivery to production plants. Monitor plant operational performance and actual production and transportation capacity. Verify alignment of schedules with the master production plan and the sales and operations plan. Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
