We are looking for therapists committed to and passionate about neurodiversity to join our interdisciplinary team. Our center specializes in providing comprehensive intervention for children and adolescents with **Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)** and **Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)**.
The primary objective will be to design and implement personalized intervention plans that promote autonomy, communication, and emotional well-being for our users and their families.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Conduct comprehensive assessments in **language, behavior, or learning** domains (according to specialty).
* Design and implement evidence-based intervention programs.
* Provide guidance and counseling to parents (parenting strategies).
* Prepare progress reports and participate in clinical team meetings.
**Requirements**
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Speech Therapy, or Special Education.
* **Specific knowledge:** Proficiency in approaches such as ABA, Denver (ESDM), augmentative and alternative communication systems, or behavior modification strategies (according to area of specialization).
* **Soft skills:** Empathy, strong observational ability, patience, and excellent assertive communication.
