Academic Background · Degree in Civil Engineering. (Licensed). · Minimum of 08 years of experience as a site resident engineer in the execution of multifamily buildings. · Must have worked on at least 03 building projects of more than 12 floors and 04 basements (demonstrable) * Specialization in Project Management or Master's degree (Desirable). * Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, S10, AutoCAD, and BIM tools. Functions: · Participate in the development of the Project Management Plan and propose technically and economically viable solutions. · Execute construction activities according to the technical file and Action Plan, and coordinate with departments to identify additional requirements. · Ensure compliance with Safe Work Procedures. · Prepare and enforce the monthly construction progress schedule. · Manage material resources, equipment, and personnel, and coordinate with responsible departments to ensure availability. · Conduct coordination meetings with department heads to plan, detect issues, and evaluate solutions. · Monitor production progress and resource utilization. · Ensure compliance with contract specifications and technical standards. · Implement improvements in construction processes and comply with site policies, standards, and procedures. · Plan work execution with a safety focus, ensuring proper use of PPE and SPC. · Coordinate with the Risk Prevention Manager for IPER and IAA assessments and ensure necessary preventive measures are implemented. · Ensure all activities have corresponding technical studies and designs, and verify compliance with preventive standards. · And any other responsibilities assigned.
