More information: http://coderio.com In this role, you will join the **Quality Assurance (QA)** team. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring end\-to\-end quality of digital products and services by designing, executing, and maintaining functional and automated tests on mobile applications, backend/APIs, external integrations, and databases. You will have autonomy to prioritize and resolve the QA backlog, ensuring reliable, production-ready critical flows in both *run* and *grow* contexts. **What You Can Expect From This Role (Responsibilities)** --------------------------------------------------------- * **Design and execute E2E tests for critical business flows** (Cash In/Out, Plin, Liguea, and Onboarding), covering Flutter apps (Android/iOS), APIs, external integrations, and data persistence. * **Maintain and evolve the mobile E2E automation suite** using Maestro/Qmetry or equivalent tools (Appium, Selenium), ensuring stability, maintainability, and reusability. * **Automate and validate backend/API services** using Karate DSL, Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent tools, incorporating positive, negative, error, and regression scenarios. * **Assemble and orchestrate developed tests** into complete business workflows, building E2E regression suites. * **Validate third-party integrations** (payment gateways, CCE, Plin, and other services), considering transactional consistency, errors, timeouts, reversals, and flow traceability. * **Perform database validations** (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, DocumentDB, and/or DynamoDB) to verify data integrity, states, and consistency. * **Autonomously manage QA backlog and defect triage**, determining severity and priority, capturing evidence, and coordinating resolution with development and product teams. * **Leverage observability tools** (Kibana, Grafana, or similar) and **AI** (Claude, Kiro, Codex, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate analysis, test plans, test cases, scripts, and continuous improvement of the quality process. **Requirements** -------------- * **5+ years of QA experience**, with proven expertise in E2E automation. * **2+ years of mobile automation experience**, ideally on Flutter-based applications. * **Practical experience in mobile E2E automation**, using Maestro, Qmetry, Appium, or Selenium. * **Experience in backend/API test automation**, using Karate DSL, Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent tools. * **Proficiency in querying and validating data** in relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, DocumentDB, and/or DynamoDB). * **Experience with test management and tracking tools:** Jira \+ X\-Ray, Qmetry, or equivalents; familiarity with agile methodologies and autonomy in defect triage/prioritization. * **Active use of Artificial Intelligence tools** applied to the QA lifecycle (Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Kiro) to accelerate test plans, test case generation, and script development. **Desirable** ------------ * Prior experience in the **Fintech, Banking, or Payment Processing** sector (including knowledge of card networks and transfer systems such as CCE/Plin). * Experience using observability tools for log and incident analysis (Kibana, Grafana, or similar). * Technical or higher level of English proficiency. **Benefits** -------------- * Long-term commitment, with autonomy and direct impact on high-usage digital products. * A dynamic environment adopting advanced technologies and tools (AI applied to testing). * A collaborative international team. * Career development plan and growth opportunities within Coderio.
