This position requires experience in structural steel erection, installation of perimeter fencing, complementary civil works, and field topographic control. **Profile Requirements** **Academic Qualification** Professional degree in **Civil Engineering**, **Mechanical Engineering**, **Industrial Engineering**, **Architecture**, or related disciplines. **Experience** Minimum **4–5 years of construction execution experience**, preferably in infrastructure projects, civil works, structural steel erection, temporary and permanent installations, enclosures, perimeter fencing, or construction-sector-related projects. Desirable experience in operationally demanding projects such as metro systems, highways, stations, tunnels, urban works, or public/private infrastructure. Required Technical Knowledge Knowledge of structural steel assembly, installation of posts, panels, mesh, gates, metal enclosures, anchors, and fastening elements. Experience installing perimeter fencing for construction sites, camps, stations, restricted areas, or work fronts. Knowledge of civil works, minor excavations, foundations, concrete footings, floor slabs, leveling, concrete pouring, surface repair, temporary works, and complementary tasks. Knowledge and interpretation of civil, structural, topographic, and erection drawings. Proficiency in quantity surveying, valuations, scheduling, daily logs, progress reports, and resource control. Knowledge of construction quality control, release protocols, photographic records, daily and weekly reports. Knowledge of site safety, coordination with SSOMA (Occupational Safety and Health Management System), work permits, ATS (Safe Work Procedures), PETAR (Risk Assessment and Control Plan), and IPERC (Integrated Process for Risk Evaluation and Control). **Topographic Knowledge** The candidate must possess practical knowledge in the use and control of surveying equipment, including: Total station. Optical or laser level. Survey-grade GPS (desirable). Tape measure, leveling rod, ranging poles, and auxiliary layout equipment. Must be capable of performing or supervising: Layout of centerlines, points, and elevations. Elevation, alignment, and verticality control. Verification of post, structure, fence, and metallic element locations. Reading of topographic drawings. Coordination with surveyors and technical staff for work front release. **Main Responsibilities** Plan, direct, and supervise daily field work execution. Coordinate installation of perimeter fencing, structural steel erection, and complementary civil works. Verify that works are executed per drawings, technical specifications, construction procedures, and project standards. Coordinate with the surveying team for layout, elevation and alignment control, and release of installation points. Monitor construction progress, personnel productivity, material usage, equipment, tools, and assigned resources. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and consumables. Review quantity take-offs, daily progress, production reports, and field reports. Coordinate with SSOMA for permit releases, safe working conditions, and compliance with safety standards. Supervise operational staff, foremen, master craftsmen, workers, welders, assistants, and subcontractors. Identify field interferences and propose timely technical solutions. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, incident logs, constraints, and project requirements. Participate in coordination meetings with supervision, client, contractors, and technical team.
