Position Summary: The Soil and Pavement Specialist will manage, evaluate, and supervise the condition of pavements on the road network, planning and controlling interventions to ensure compliance with technical standards. Prepares technical files and specialized reports. **Salary:** S/6,000\.00 \- S/7,000\.00 per month Job Description: The Soil and Pavement Specialist will be responsible for managing, evaluating, and supervising the condition of pavements on the concessioned road network, planning and controlling conservation and rehabilitation interventions to ensure compliance with service levels, technical standards, and obligations under the Concession Agreement, providing technical support to the Infrastructure Management Department through analysis of performance indicators and specialized information. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (registered and licensed). * Specialization or Master’s degree in pavement management, highway geotechnics, roads, or road conservation (desirable). * Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions within road concessions and/or road infrastructure projects. * Experience in pavement evaluation using instrumented equipment (IRI, deflectometer, etc.). * Desirable experience in road concession contracts or projects regulated by OSITRAN/MTC. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage pavement evaluation, monitoring, and condition analysis on the concessioned road network. * Plan, design, and supervise pavement conservation and rehabilitation interventions. * Prepare technical files, technical specifications, and specialized reports. * Analyze performance indicators (PCI, IRI, deflectometry, among others) for technical decision-making. * Supervise execution of road conservation works, ensuring compliance with established service levels. * Coordinate technical activities with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory entities. * Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and technical reports for the Infrastructure Management Department. * Participate in road emergency response and continuous improvement of conservation processes. **Competencies** * Analytical thinking. * Technical leadership. * Planning and organization. * Results orientation. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Decision-making. **What We Offer?** \- Employment with a stable company. \- Opportunity for professional development. \- Pleasant working environment. \- Formal employment registration from day one.
