Be part of a team committed to respectful and personalized care. **CONÉCTA is looking for a Speech-Language Therapist!** At **CONECTA Psychological Clinic**, we are seeking a **Medical Technologist specializing in Speech-Language Therapy**, with vocation, commitment, and experience working with **neurodiverse children**. * **Position:** Speech-Language Therapist * **Location:** San Juan de Miraflores * **Modality:** In-person * **Frequency:** 3 times per week * **Remuneration:** 1300 monthly Main Responsibilities: * Conduct assessment and intervention sessions for language, speech, and communication difficulties. * Design and implement individualized therapeutic plans according to each child’s needs. * Intervene in receptive and expressive communication skills. * Address difficulties in pronunciation, articulation, fluency, and language. * Strengthen functional and social communication skills. * Provide intervention for children with ASD, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions. * Use age-appropriate and child-profile-adapted playful, visual, and therapeutic strategies. * Document progress and observed challenges during sessions. * Provide guidance to parents on strategies to support communication at home. * Coordinate with psychologists and other team professionals to ensure comprehensive care. * Maintain professional and respectful communication with families. Requirements: * Degree or bachelor's degree in Medical Technology – Speech-Language Therapy. * Experience in intervention with children and neurodiverse children. * Vocation for working with children. * Responsibility, empathy, and ability to work collaboratively. * Availability for **3 times per week**. * Availability to work **in-person in San Juan de Miraflores**.
