Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Coordinator with a Senior Risk Preventionist profile, responsible for service execution and monitoring, client coordination, and report preparation. Preparation of reports and indicators At **IGH Group**, we seek an ***SSOMA Coordinator*** with a Senior Risk Preventionist profile. Responsible for service execution and monitoring, client coordination, report and indicator preparation, and capable of performing hybrid operational management. **Location:** Puente Piedra Plant **Education:** * Degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum **5 years** of experience in roles similar to Senior PDR or SSOMA Coordinator (calculated from graduation date). * Direct supervision of high-risk work (heights, lifting, electrical safety, excavations, confined spaces, hot work) * Proficiency in Office applications (intermediate/advanced). * Experience must be verified via the Unique Labor Certificate (CUL). **Mandatory Courses:** * Certificate or Diploma in High-Risk Work Supervision * Minimum **140 hours**, issued no earlier than **3 years** ago. * May be substituted by a Master’s or Doctoral degree in OSH (SUNEDU accredited). **Other Requirements:** * Availability to attend the Puente Piedra plant. * Residence in districts near Lima Norte (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate shift start and end. * Prepare monitoring reports and dashboards. * Conduct coordination with clients and team members. * Monitor service-related activities. * Provide operational support. * Attend the Puente Piedra plant one day per week. * Fulfill on-site duties during contingencies (occasional). **Benefits and Employment Conditions:** * Hybrid work modality * 20-hour weekly schedule (part\-time) * Formal payroll registration under the General Regime. * Profit-sharing bonuses (gratificaciones) * Full CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios) * 30 days of annual vacation * Year-end profit-sharing (utilidades) If you meet all requirements, don’t hesitate to apply! **Join the IGH Group team** Application Question(s): * What is your phone number and place of residence? * What is your level of Office proficiency (basic, intermediate, or advanced)? * What is your salary expectation? * In which year did you obtain your graduation certificate? * Do you have at least 5 years of experience as a Senior Risk Preventionist or SSOMA/HSE Coordinator?
