




Job Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Assistant to manage payments, administer petty cash and bank accounts, and coordinate financial commitments in the construction sector. Key Highlights: 1. Grupo SANNY, a leading company with over 10 years of experience in the construction sector in the central region of the country, is seeking a Treasury Assistant. **Requirements** * Academic background in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * 1–2 years of experience in construction or related industries (NOT MANDATORY) **Responsibilities**: * Manage payment scheduling, ensuring prioritization, liquidity, and proper authorizations. * Validate supporting documentation for payments (purchase orders/invoices, approvals, invoicing, tax withholdings). * Execute payments via electronic banking, ensuring traceability, security, and segregation of duties. * Administer petty cash and bank account controls, including reconciliations and periodic financial position reports. * Manage accounts receivable: customer follow-up, billing control, and collection execution. * Coordinate with key departments (Accounting, Logistics, Cost Control) to ensure proper execution and control of payments and financial commitments. * Monitor tax withholdings (SPOT) and compliance with related tax obligations. * Maintain an up-to-date supplier master file, validating information to mitigate risks. * Prepare cash flow, payment, and collection forecasts, generating timely alerts for management. * Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring document organization and traceability.
