Work environment focused on learning and professional development Academia de Asesoría Escolar is looking for an Academic Counselor to provide academic support and reinforcement to elementary and secondary school students. Requirements: \- Knowledge of Mathematics and Communication at elementary and secondary school levels. \- Student, graduate, or professional in Education or related fields. (Students with strong command of these subjects may also apply.) \- Strong communication skills and ability to explain topics clearly and simply. \- Passion for teaching and enthusiasm for working with children and adolescents. \- Patience, empathy, and charisma. \- Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. \- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn our academic counseling system. Preference given to candidates residing in Surco, Chorrillos, or nearby areas. Responsibilities: \- Provide academic counseling to students in completing their school assignments. \- Support review and exam preparation. \- Reinforce content in Mathematics, Communication, and other subjects according to student needs. \- Accompany and guide students during their academic activities. \- Maintain a clean and organized workspace. \- Take care of assigned educational materials. \- Participate in academy-led training sessions and professional development activities. Schedule: Monday to Friday: Afternoon shift, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Weekends: Hourly schedule, coordinated based on availability. Flexible schedule—ideal for students wishing to balance work with studies. Compensation: S/ 500 to S/ 600 per month, depending on schedule, availability, and candidate profile.
