Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative-Academic Assistant with experience in the education sector to manage various administrative functions and coordinate activities. Key Highlights: 1. Assertive communication skills and adaptability. **POSITION:** ***Administrative - Academic Assistant*** **SCHEDULE: FULL-TIME** PROFILE: * Technical background: Administration and/or related fields. * Familiarity with SIAGIE, MUNDO IE, SIMON, etc. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the education sector. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Responsible, punctual, proactive, with assertive communication skills and strong adaptability. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Customer service (in-person, via social media, or by phone). * Develop and implement strategies to attract students. * Receive, register, and systematize documents entering the institution. * Coordinate and execute general activities at a CEBA (Adult Education Center). * Review and implement changes to CEBA management documents upon request from authorities. * Class monitoring. * Manage (control and record) payments on the internal platform. * Maintain the institutional meeting and commitment schedule.
