Foster a positive and participatory learning environment. **CALL FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS – 2ND GRADE** An educational institution is seeking a **2nd-grade Primary School Teacher**, with a vocation for teaching, commitment, and the ability to support students' academic and socioemotional development. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Primary Education or related fields. * Experience working with primary-level students, preferably in early grades. * Strong classroom management and pedagogical strategies. * Communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Responsibility, dynamism, and service orientation. * Must reside in Lurin Km40 or nearby areas. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan and deliver grade-appropriate learning sessions. * Monitor and evaluate students' academic progress. * Maintain effective communication with families and the academic team. * Promote a positive, respectful, and participatory learning environment.
