Main Responsibilities: * Provide information and guidance to students and interested clients. * Conduct personalized follow-up and continuous support. * Address inquiries regarding educational programs and services. * Manage registrations and coordinate client support. * Meet service and follow-up performance goals. Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years old. * Prior customer service or advisory experience is preferred but not required. * Positive attitude and strong communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and achieve targets. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
