




Position Summary: We are seeking a Faculty Administrator to supervise and ensure administrative and logistical activities, optimize resources, and coordinate with various departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise administrative and logistical activities of the faculty. 2. Optimize the use of material and financial resources. 3. Coordinate document management and administrative requirements. We are searching for top talent to fill the position of Faculty Administrator at a prestigious university in Lima, Peru. Your primary challenge will be to guarantee and supervise the execution of all administrative and logistical activities scheduled within the faculty. Main Functions: 1\. Optimize the use of material and financial resources, and ensure operational, infrastructure, and administrative-teaching equipment functionality for the faculty, coordinating with relevant administrative departments. 2\. Verify that procurement requests for goods and/or services have proper authorization and are executed within established timeframes. 3\. Coordinate with different campuses for budget preparation and ensure budget compliance. 4\. Responsible for all documentation management related to onboarding new faculty members, including contract coordination, etc. 5\. Carry out administrative coordination (e.g., travel ticket purchases, transportation, accommodation) as required by management. 6\. Coordinate administrative requirements for assigned courses and workshops. 7\. Provide support and guidance to various faculty departments within the scope of your responsibilities. Requirements: · Degree holder: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines aligned with the functions to be performed. · Knowledge of budgetary control. · Knowledge of administrative and/or accounting matters. · Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. · Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative and/or similar positions. Salary: S/.3,900.00 - S/.4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
