Position Summary: We are seeking a Versatile Dance Teacher / Instructor to conduct Latin and Modern Dance workshops, fostering a motivating and student-enjoyment-centered environment. An emerging educational space in Pamplona Alta, San Juan de Miraflores, is currently seeking a **Versatile Dance Teacher / Instructor** to lead two independent workshops (ideally one instructor for both blocks, though specialists in only one workshop may also apply): **Responsibilities:** * **Latin Dance Workshop (Salsa and Bachata):** Plan and deliver dynamic sessions for adults, teaching technique, rhythm, and body expression step-by-step at beginner and intermediate levels. * **Modern Dance Workshop (Urban, Commercial, Pop):** Design and teach classes for diverse age groups, creating accessible and motivating choreographies using a progressive methodology. * Foster a safe, motivating classroom environment with excellent group management, emphasizing student confidence and enjoyment. **Requirements:** * Proven prior experience teaching Latin dance, urban dance, or related dance disciplines. * Training in Dance, Performing Arts, or related fields (desirable but not mandatory). * Organizational skills, punctuality, empathy, and ability to manage groups effectively. * Availability for in-person hourly work. * Easy access to Pamplona Alta, San Juan de Miraflores. **We Offer:** * Competitive pay based on experience. * A pleasant work environment, respect for your professional role, and opportunities to expand class hours according to demand. **Interested?** Please submit your updated CV (a professional portfolio, demo reel, or samples of taught classes/choreographies are optional but highly valued).
