The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (YMCA Peru) is looking for the best talent to fill the position of: **SPORTS TEACHER** **FUNCTIONS:** * Conduct sessions according to YMCA scheduling and standards. * Adapt activities based on the group’s age and interests. * Foster a participatory, safe, and respectful environment. * Monitor participants’ progress and report incidents. * Prepare and organize materials before and after each session. * Implement safety and inclusion measures during activities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Student or graduate in Physical Education or Sports, or certified as a Sports Instructor. * Minimum of 3 months of experience performing similar duties. * Availability to work in Surco (Jr. Francisco Javier Mariátegui 350). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.). **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/1200.00 * Payroll registration from day one * Free corporate gym * Pleasant work environment Position type: Part-time Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
