Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage and analyze complex accounting processes related to fixed assets, intangible assets, inventories, and leased equipment. Analyzes and reviews invoices, accounting discrepancies, and asset classification We are seeking an **Accounting Specialist** to manage and analyze the organization's most complex accounting processes, related to **fixed assets, intangible assets, inventories, and leased equipment**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute and analyze the monthly depreciation and amortization process for fixed and intangible assets in SAP. * Record and analyze disposals, sales, losses, transfers, and reclassifications of fixed assets. * Plan, coordinate, and control the annual physical inventory of fixed assets and merchandise inventories. * Manage the accounting control of leased equipment inventory. * Prepare and submit the valued inventory and other information required by SUNAT. * Participate in internal and external audits, performing reconciliations and validations across SAP, Invision, and other sources. * Analyze and review invoices related to equipment auditing, logistics, and associated services. * Support the analysis and consolidation of financial statements under local accounting standards and USGAAP. * Analyze discrepancies between subsidiary ledgers, inventories, and the general ledger, proposing adjustments. * Review useful life, residual value, impairment, and classification of assets and inventories. * Provide technical accounting support to management, corporate, and audit teams. * Document controls and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Public Accountant. * Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in fixed assets, inventories, or financial closing. * Advanced Excel and advanced SAP skills. * Solid knowledge of IFRS, fixed assets, inventories, accounting closings, and Peruvian taxation. **Benefits:** * Indefinite-term contract * Full payroll with all statutory benefits * 100% EPS coverage for you and your dependents * Birthday leave day * Ongoing training opportunities Salary: S/.3,500\.00 \- S/.4,500\.00 per month Application Questions: * Are you a licensed and registered Public Accountant? * How many years of accounting experience do you have? * Do you have experience working in leasing or renting companies? * Do you have experience using SAP? * Do you have knowledge of IFRS? * Do you have knowledge of USGAAP? * Do you have knowledge of Peruvian taxation (SUNAT)? * What is your salary expectation?
