We are looking for a committed professional who can quickly adapt and learn about the company's operations. **Responsibilities:** * Customer service via telephone and WhatsApp. * Preparation of quotations. * Preparation of shipping guides and electronic invoices. Requesting and evaluating quotations, as well as coordinating with suppliers for procurement and services. * Recording and monitoring plant personnel attendance, including incidents and justifications. * Supporting financial transaction recording and accounts receivable follow-up. * Organizing physical and digital files classified by period. * Other duties as required by the company. **Requirements:** Female candidates only. Technical or university studies (in progress or completed) in Administration or related fields are preferred. Preferably residing in districts adjacent to San Juan de Lurigancho. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is mandatory. Basic knowledge of English language. Fluency in both spoken and written English.
