If you are about to graduate or are a recent graduate, this is an excellent opportunity to launch your professional career! **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience in administrative management, cost analysis, and inventory control. * Intermediate Excel skills. * ERP system experience (Starsoft preferred). * Experience in agro-export or agro-industrial companies (preferred). * Availability for on-site work. **Main Responsibilities:** * Register and monitor invoices, purchase orders, and administrative documentation. * Consolidate and update information for cost calculation and tracking. * Support inventory control and preparation of reports. * Manage issuance and tracking of purchase orders and service orders. * Maintain organized physical and digital documentation for the department. * Provide administrative support to various departments across the company.
