Monitoring and tracking of documentation **DROGUERÍA CADILLO S.A.C.**, a pharmaceutical company with over 10 years of service, is currently seeking talented individuals to join our billing team, with a strong desire for professional growth. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical graduate or student in Accounting or Administration (final cycles or recently graduated) * Minimum six months of experience in collections at pharmacies (not mandatory) * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Must reside in Los Olivos or nearby areas. * Strong organizational, analytical, and payment commitment tracking skills. * Interested candidates should contact 955102094 **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute preventive and corrective collection management for the assigned portfolio. * Track payment commitments, promissory notes, checks, and negotiable invoices. * Verify customer payments deposited into the company's bank accounts. * Record and update information related to collections and payment agreements. * Manage the dispatch of official and notarized letters to customers when required to comply with procedures. * Monitor and track the physical and virtual signing of documents. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
