Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial and Customer Service Assistant to inspire people to achieve their sports goals by managing leads, social media, and providing administrative support. Being part of a team that inspires people to push beyond their limits and build confidence **Would you like to join a team that inspires people to surpass their limits, build confidence, and achieve their goals through sports?** **Salary:** s/580.00 \- s/600.00 **Schedule: Monday to Saturday (2:00 PM to 6:00 PM)** **What will you do?** * **Contact leads and prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp Business, and other digital channels** to provide information about our programs. * **Manage social media and digital customer service channels**, responding to inquiries promptly and conducting follow-ups until a visit or enrollment is confirmed. * Schedule appointments, trial sessions, and classes in coordination with the commercial and sports teams. * Record and update prospect and customer information in the CRM, as well as prepare basic operational reports. * Support front-desk operations, attendance registration, and equipment distribution. * Perform other duties related to the position. **Requirements** * Graduated or currently enrolled in final cycles of Administration, Marketing, Physical Education, Sports Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Eagerness to learn, adapt, contribute, and grow. * Excellent interpersonal skills, responsibility, and a positive attitude. * Minimum (3 months) experience in customer service, call centers, or similar roles. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to build a career from the beginning. * Formal employment contract and additional bonuses. * Career development path. * Training programs. * Ongoing coaching in management and leadership.
