Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to create, produce, and edit audiovisual content for social media and campaigns, contributing to brand positioning and audience engagement. Active on-camera participation in content creation We are Evaflex, a Peruvian company with over 30 years of experience in developing and marketing educational materials, didactic games, and pedagogical resources that support the holistic learning and development of children and young people. **Job Objective** Create, produce, and edit audiovisual content for social media, digital campaigns, and other brand communication channels, contributing to brand positioning, reach, and audience engagement. **Required Knowledge** · Audiovisual production: video recording and photography. · Operation of photographic cameras and basic lighting equipment. · Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. · AI-powered image and video creation and editing. · Use of Freepik AI (Magnific) · Knowledge of visual composition, framing, and audiovisual language. **Responsibilities** · Record and edit videos and audiovisual pieces for social media. · Develop content using AI. · Conduct product, event, and activation photo and video shoots. · Adapt content for different digital platforms and formats. · Actively participate on-camera in content creation. **Profile** · Graduate or undergraduate in Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, or related fields. · Minimum 1 year of experience in audiovisual content creation and editing. · Creativity, proactivity, and initiative. · Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines. · Ability to adapt to dynamic environments. **Working Conditions:** · Formal employment registration from the first day of work. · General labor regime (full payroll registration) · Working hours: Mon-Fri | 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (in-person) · All statutory benefits · Positive work environment Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: In-person employment
