Job Summary: Lead and supervise cargo receipt, storage, and distribution processes, ensuring cargo safety, on-time delivery, and staff efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead teams in logistics and parcel transportation. 2. Manage claims and implement rapid solutions for cargo. 3. Maintain high standards of customer service. Lead, coordinate, and supervise cargo and parcel receipt, storage, stowage, dispatch, and distribution processes. The goal is to ensure cargo safety, on-time delivery compliance, and the efficiency of assigned staff, while maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities: * Monitor proper receipt, classification, zoning, and dispatch of parcels and heavy cargo. * Ensure physical waybills and documents exactly match the computer system. * Supervise correct stowage techniques to prevent damage. * Manage claims related to delays, losses, or cargo damage, implement rapid solutions, and report to the immediate supervisor. Candidate Profile * Minimum 2–3 years leading teams in transportation companies, PARCEL DEPARTMENT. * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Strong leadership, assertive communication, high stress tolerance, and real-time problem-solving ability. Salary: Starting from S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
