Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Inspection Engineer to supervise industrial painting processes, conduct tests, and issue technical reports, ensuring quality control and client feedback. Issuing technical reports and documents An established company specializing in the manufacturing of industrial paints is looking for top talent to fill the position of **TECHNICAL INSPECTION ENGINEER.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in Chemical Engineering.** * **Preferred experience and/or knowledge in industrial paints or related fields.** * **Willingness to work 90% on-site (visiting clients in Lima and Callao) and 10% in the office (located in Villa El Salvador).** * **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM** * Willingness to travel occasionally to provinces. * Empathy, punctuality, responsibility, and teamwork. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor and supervise work at each stage of surface preparation and painting processes, per the requirements of the Commercial Technical Advisor and the client. * Verify and monitor paint performance according to the specifications provided by the Commercial Technical Advisor and the client. * Conduct destructive and non-destructive tests to assess the performance of the painting system, coordinated with the Commercial Technical Advisor and the client. * Issue technical reports and documents within a maximum of two days following the inspection. * Submit daily visit reports digitally to direct supervisor. * Prepare weekly reports on travel expenses and database progress updates. * Verify that physical and chemical characteristics specified in technical data sheets match field application of coatings. * Provide feedback based on information gathered from inspected clients, including competitive analysis (other paint brands), upcoming new projects, etc. * Ensure availability and preservation of documented information under the Quality Management System for which the candidate is responsible. **WE OFFER:** * Market-competitive remuneration * Full payroll registration (General Regime) * Profit-sharing participation * Pleasant working environment Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
