Job Summary: We are seeking responsible and punctual personnel to manage materials, inventory, and support on-site activities while maintaining order and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of construction materials and tools. 2. Inventory maintenance and support in construction tasks. 3. Teamwork in a construction site environment. **Minimum Requirements:** * Minimum age: 23 years. * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Valid national ID (DNI). * Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (employment certificates required). * Good physical condition and willingness to work on-site. * **Valid driver's license required.** * Punctuality, responsibility, and teamwork. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch construction materials and tools, maintaining order and inventory control. * **Materials Management:** Receive, inspect, weigh, and cut materials (steel, pipes, cement). * **Inventory:** Maintain ledger records (inflows and outflows) for materials and tools. * **Order and Cleanliness:** Keep the construction warehouse safe and organized. * **On-Site Support:** Transport materials to work fronts and assist in construction tasks as required. * Assist as a helper in other activities. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
