Opportunity for professional development and career progression **JOIN US!** **BECOME PART OF THE KINGDOM FAMILY.** Our prestigious **4-STAR HOTEL** is seeking the following talents: **COOKS: PERUVIAN, ORIENTAL, FRYING STATION, CEVICHE STATION, BUFFET STATION; KITCHEN ASSISTANTS** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Graduate in Gastronomy or minimum 3 years of experience in the position. · Proven experience as a cook; experience using cutting tools, kitchen utensils, and oven trays and containers. · Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grill, oven, boiling, etc.) · Ability to follow all sanitary procedures. · Teamwork ability; excellent communication skills; outstanding physical condition and stamina. · Teamwork ability. · Sanitation Certificate (time allowed for processing). · Immediate availability to work rotating shifts. · Responsibility, punctuality, and orderliness. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Organize workstations with all required ingredients and kitchen equipment; prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.) · Ensure excellent presentation by decorating dishes before service. · Maintain a hygienic and orderly kitchen environment. · Ensure all food and other products are stored appropriately; inspect ingredient quality; monitor inventory levels and place orders to the warehouse when supplies run low. · Prepare cold dishes, Peruvian dishes, and Oriental dishes according to the Chef's instructions. · Work experience: · 1 year in this position or related roles; rotation across Peruvian, Oriental, etc. stations; preparation and presentation of à la carte dishes. · Advance production for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner buffets; prepare lunch for staff. · Rotation across Peruvian, Oriental, etc. stations. · Preparation and presentation of à la carte dishes. **WE OFFER:** **·We offer:** * **Salary + bonus + meals.** * **Career progression path.** * **All statutory benefits (50%).** * **The opportunity to work at the most important hotel in the area.** Apply with us or send your CV to 989 399 567 Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
