Job Summary: We are seeking a Cost Analyst with experience in industrial companies to control and analyze production costs, inventory, and support accounting closings. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic coordination with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics departments A leading Peruvian company engaged in the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of chemical products, cleaning equipment, and solutions for industrial and institutional sectors is seeking an experienced Cost Analyst from industrial companies to join our team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory). Specialization or courses in Cost Accounting or Industrial Costing are desirable. Availability to work in Chorrillos and San Isidro. Minimum 2 years of experience as: Cost Analyst. Cost Accounting Analyst. Cost Accountant. Industrial Cost Analyst. Experience in industrial or manufacturing sector companies. Mandatory proficiency in Odoo ERP, especially in the following modules: Manufacturing. Inventory. Accounting. Solid knowledge of: Cost Accounting. Process costing and job-order costing. Standard costing and actual costing. Production costs. Raw materials, direct labor, and manufacturing overhead (MOH). Physical and valued stock cards (Kardex). Inventory control. Inventory valuation (IAS 2\). Purchase and Sales Register (SIRE). SUNAT regulations. Intermediate or advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookup functions, and data analysis). Responsibilities Record, control, and analyze production costs: raw materials, direct labor, and manufacturing overhead (MOH). Determine unit cost per product, production order, or production process. Control and reconcile material consumption using physical and valued stock cards (Kardex) in Odoo ERP. Monitor inventories of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. Participate in monthly cost closing. Analyze variances among actual, budgeted, and standard costs. Prepare cost, profitability, and margin reports for Management. Support inventory valuation in accordance with IAS 2\. Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics for accurate cost allocation. Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the cost budget. Record and analyze accounting entries for purchases, sales, payroll, accruals, and expense reimbursements. Review and validate payment vouchers in compliance with SUNAT regulations. Prepare and maintain the Purchase and Sales Register (SIRE). Support bank reconciliations. Perform account analysis. Participate in monthly and annual accounting closings. Provide support during SUNAT audits and inspections. Maintain and control accounting documentation archives. We Offer Compensation: PEN 2,700 \+ PEN 300 mobility allowance.
