Job Summary: We are seeking a customer service assistant to make phone calls, provide information, follow up with prospects, and schedule appointments, while handling inquiries via WhatsApp and social media. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are highly valued. **If you possess customer service skills, willingness to learn, and strong motivation to work, you may apply even without prior experience.** **Compensation:** S/ 580 to S/ 600 **Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday: 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM **What Will You Do?** * **Primarily, make outbound calls to interested prospects to provide information, follow up, and schedule appointments.** * Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp Business and social media. * Guide prospects regarding our classes and services. * Confirm appointments in coordination with the sales and sports teams. * Record and update prospect and student information in the CRM. * Perform other duties related to the position. **What Are We Looking For?** * Students majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Hospitality and Tourism, Physical Education, Sports Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * A service-oriented mindset, empathy, and customer focus. * Responsibility, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn. * Prior experience in customer service, sales, or call centers is preferred but not required. **What Do We Offer?** * Formal employment contract. * Additional bonuses. * Training programs. * Growth opportunities. * Training in customer service, management, and leadership. * A dynamic work environment within the sports industry.
