Today, we are looking for a committed, responsible, and team-oriented Dishwasher / Cleaning Operator. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in cleaning, dishwashing, or related positions. * Good physical condition to perform operational tasks. * Orderliness, responsibility, and speed. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Availability for on-site work. **Responsibilities:** * Washing and disinfection of utensils, bowls, spatulas, trays, molds, and equipment used in production. * Maintaining the dishwashing area clean and organized throughout the shift. * Cleaning and disinfection of production areas, floors, tables, and work surfaces. * Cleaning of restrooms, changing rooms, and common areas. * Waste management and support in maintaining general workshop order. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety protocols. **Important:** This position focuses primarily on washing utensils and production equipment, as well as cleaning and maintaining facilities. **Working Conditions:** * Work mode: On-site. * Location: Santiago de Surco, Lima. * Immediate availability. * Includes lunch. * Employment type: Full-time.
