Job Summary: We are seeking a Dispatch and Distribution Operator to manage product inspection, loading, and delivery, support production operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Inspecting and loading products to ensure alignment with the outbound shipping guide. 2. Supporting production to expedite dispatch of finished goods. 3. Delivering goods to customers, verifying delivery, and reporting incidents. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Loading Inspection:** Counting and inspecting products before loading them onto the truck, ensuring they match the outbound shipping guide. * **Production Support:** Assisting in organizing finished goods to accelerate transfer from production to dispatch. * **Customer Delivery:** Delivering products to customers, jointly verifying completeness and condition, and obtaining signatures on shipping guides/invoices. * **Reporting:** Immediately reporting any damaged, missing items or customer complaints. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * **Minimum 6 months of experience** in warehouse, dispatch, or distribution roles. * Basic familiarity with waybills and invoices. * Good physical condition for loading, unloading, and stacking products. **Skills:** * Attention to detail (accurate counting of products and checking codes, batch numbers, and expiration dates). * Initiative and willingness to work collaboratively in a team. * Customer-oriented attitude (friendly and respectful). * Honesty and responsibility regarding merchandise. **Working Conditions:** * Dynamic work environment across warehouse, plant, and delivery routes.
