Job Summary: We are seeking a Fixed Assets Appraiser with experience in appraising fixed assets, machinery, equipment, and infrastructure to prepare technical reports and lead teams. Excellent working environment. **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields. · Minimum 2 years of experience as an Appraiser. · Valid registration and authorization with the Technical Body of Appraisers. · Valid authorization from the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation and/or SBS (Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP). · Experience in appraisal and valuation of fixed assets, machinery, equipment, and infrastructure. · Knowledge of commercial appraisals, determination of useful life, remaining useful life, loss studies, deterioration, and obsolescence. · Preparation of technical appraisal reports and market research. · Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. · Experience leading work teams. · Willingness to travel nationwide. · Driver’s license (desirable). **Main Responsibilities:** · Conduct commercial appraisals and valuations of movable assets, real estate, machinery, and equipment. · Carry out technical inspections and on-site data collection. · Prepare studies on useful life, remaining useful life, losses, deterioration, and obsolescence of assets. · Prepare technical appraisal and valuation reports in compliance with current regulations. · Conduct market research to substantiate values determined in appraisals. · Technically and commercially justify appraisal results to clients. · Participate in physical inventory and asset reconciliation projects. · Supervise and coordinate assigned personnel during project execution. · Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and deadline standards. **Desirable Knowledge:** · AutoCAD · Civil 3D · ISO 9001 · Occupational Safety and Health **WORKING HOURS:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **WORK LOCATION:** San Borja **BENEFITS:** · Formal employment under the general labor regime. · Market-competitive remuneration aligned with experience. · Participation in nationally leading corporate projects. · Professional training and development. · Excellent working environment.
