This is your opportunity, come and be part of Sangre Tigo! **Apply right now!** Fleet Coordinator * **Drive efficiency with us!** Be part of the team that optimizes resources, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality results. **Your talent can make a difference—join us now.** ✨ **We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator.** **Location:** El Salvador **Primary Purpose:** Ensure efficient administration and operational control of the fleet by managing policies, suppliers, maintenance, insurance, budgeting, and control tools to guarantee availability, compliance, and resource optimization. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for verifying that all company vehicles are repaired according to budgets and company guidelines. * Manage replacement parts and tires provided by workshops for proper disposal. * Maintain historical logs of preventive and corrective maintenance performed on the vehicle fleet, tracking metrics such as time, budget, and recurrence. * Periodically inspect the physical and operational condition of fleet vehicles and apply policy accordingly. * Conduct driving tests and vehicle assignments. * Coordinate roadside assistance and follow up on claims. * Manage vehicle intake for insurance-related repairs. * Generate reports on fleet usage. * Maintain records of tire and parts replacements. * Collect and reconcile fuel consumption payments. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration or related field and **Automotive Mechanics Technician certification.** * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in **fleet administration.** * Experience in **coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance.** * Experience in **budget management**, reconciliation, and supplier payments. * Knowledge of **traffic regulations**, vehicle insurance, and current legal compliance requirements in El Salvador. * Valid **light vehicle driver’s license** required. * Proficiency in **Excel** and **fleet/GPS management tools.** * Strong **planning**, negotiation, and communication skills with suppliers, colleagues, and leaders. **Apply now and become part of the future of telecommunications in El Salvador!** **\#JobOpportunity \#TigoElSalvador \#Telecommunications \#ProfessionalGrowth** \#TigoElSalvador Our people are the soul of Tigo El Salvador.
