We are currently seeking personnel to fill the position of **GENERAL SUPPORT OPERATOR** to join our team. **Job Objective:** Provide operational support in loading, unloading, material conditioning, basic infrastructure maintenance, and other assigned tasks within the facility, contributing to the achievement of operational objectives and maintaining appropriate order and safety conditions. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary education * Experience: Minimum 3–6 months of desirable experience in operational roles, warehouses, construction, loading/unloading, or similar activities. * Knowledge: Manual handling of materials and cargo, basic use of hand tools, fundamental Occupational Health and Safety standards; basic knowledge of construction, masonry, or infrastructure maintenance is desirable. * Must reside in Paita, Piura **Responsibilities:** * Perform loading and unloading of materials, supplies, and equipment as required. * Assist in receiving and moving goods within the facility. * Support basic masonry, maintenance, and infrastructure conditioning tasks. * Carry out cleaning and housekeeping in work areas. * Assist in storing and organizing materials and tools. * Comply with safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Report unsafe conditions or incidents observed during work. * Perform other operational tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Working Conditions:** * On-site work at the facility. * Activities involving moderate physical effort. * Exposure to operational conditions typical of an industrial plant. * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * Direct payroll enrollment. * Statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, profit-sharing, family allowance). * Timely payments. * Overtime pay.
