Job Summary: We are seeking a leadership-oriented Human Resources Analyst to manage personnel, recruit talent, and measure performance in a textile company. Key Highlights: 1. Manage personnel data and recruit talent. 2. Lead conflict resolution and negotiations. 3. Responsible for full payroll and social benefits administration. We are a textile company manufacturing fabrics, currently seeking a **HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST** with leadership capabilities to manage personnel data, recruit talent, and measure performance, and who is available to work in Ate. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields * Courses or diplomas in human talent management or labor legislation * Knowledge of compensation management * Basic knowledge of current labor laws governing personnel hiring * Proficiency in HR ERP systems * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Human Resources Analyst * Availability to work in Ate **RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct competency-based interviews. * Manage payroll for workers and employees, attendance control, and lead conflict resolution or negotiations. * Responsible for timely payment of social benefits: Bonus, CTS, Vacation, Profit Sharing, Social Benefits Settlement, and Physical/Vacation Leave Control. * Calculate metrics such as staff turnover, absenteeism, and time-to-hire. * Responsible for PLAME filings, AFP declarations and payments, SCTR, SENATI, and SURVEYS. * Responsible for drafting and managing employment contracts, employee onboarding, and training. * Support in responding to and attending audits or inspections. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS** Ø Organized and orderly Ø Responsible and committed Ø Discreet Ø Emotionally controlled and empathetic Ø Honest Ø Respectful Ø Analytical Ø Payroll ERP system proficiency Ø Assertive communication Salary: S/.2,500.00 – S/.2,800.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
