




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Supervisor for a growing multi-brand company, responsible for comprehensive personnel management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning and implementation of training programs and workplace climate initiatives A rapidly expanding multi-brand company is searching for top talent for the following position: HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR Requirements: University graduate or bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrator and/or HR professional in similar companies. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Main Functions and Responsibilities * Development of job descriptions. * Management of recruitment and personnel selection. * Registration of employees and beneficiaries in PLAME and T\-register. * Preparation and administration of payroll and social benefits. * Planning, organizing, monitoring, and directing various functional areas. * Handling employee hiring and termination processes. * Drafting employment contracts in compliance with current Sunafil resolutions. * Maintaining up-to-date digital and physical employee files and records. * Managing statutory life insurance, SCTr, subsidies, leaves, etc., as applicable. * Establishing personnel performance evaluation indicators. * Developing a program to recognize achievements and foster a positive workplace climate. * Designing and implementing staff training plans. * Developing and executing the company’s annual activity schedule. * Drafting departmental procedures. * Adhering to SIG guidelines.
