Job Summary:
Comprehensive coordination of customs clearance, client communication, and documentation management in international trade.
Key Highlights:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Receives instructions from clients regarding container loading and customs clearance documents.
* Coordinates with courier services and clients to collect original documents and/or signed forms to arrange SENASA inspections, if applicable.
* Opens O/S in the system and completes the review form for each shipment, including partial shipments derived from a preceding customs regime.
* Books containers with the freight forwarder and confirms the container stuffing location.
* Addresses clients’ technical inquiries; escalates unfamiliar topics to the Department Head or General Manager.
* Prepares the proforma invoice for customs clearance and coordinates with clients on monetary deposits for orders received via C\&B; also requests remote SINTAD funds from the respective company.
* Maintains an updated daily planning schedule. Sends status updates to clients within their required timeframe and format.
* Sends management indicators to clients.
* Requests transportation, custody, crane, and forklift services (when required by the client) from vendors.
* Coordinates with the Clearance Department Head on physical verification, SENASA inspections, and any additional warehouse communications.
* Enters corresponding tracking numbers to monitor shipments.
* Tracks deadlines for regularization of anticipatory and urgent shipments.
* Follows up with the **DAM until release is obtained**.

* University graduate in **International Trade, International Business, or related fields**.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in **Word, Excel, and PowerPoint**.
* Intermediate-level English **(preferred)**.
* Knowledge of: **Customs Regimes, VUCE Procedures, SENASA, Restricted Goods, MTC, IOBF, SINTAD**.
* Commercial training / Customer service / Food industry background **(preferred)**.
* Problem-solving skills, agility, and promptness in customer service.
* Availability to work **Monday through Friday**.
Working Hours:
**Mon \- Fri: 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM (100% on-site)**
