We are currently seeking a **Bachelor of Industrial Engineering** with analytical ability, organizational skills, initiative, and enthusiasm for professional development within our production and operations department. Responsibilities * Prepare and present **daily production reports**. * Record and monitor **production inputs and outputs**. * Track finished goods and materials. * Conduct inventories and maintain up-to-date records. * Analyze production data using Excel. * Identify discrepancies between physical output and recorded data. * Develop performance indicators and management reports. * Propose improvements to production and operational processes. * Coordinate with production, warehouse, and other relevant departments. * Perform other duties related to the position. Requirements * **Bachelor of Industrial Engineering.** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Knowledge of report preparation and information control. * Prior knowledge of inventory, production, or warehouse operations is desirable. * Strong analytical and organizational abilities. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Proactivity and eagerness to learn. * Availability to work on-site in Villa El Salvador.
