Requirements: University student or technical student currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related fields. Desirable knowledge in logistics management Intermediate Excel proficiency Responsibilities: * Verify that received products match purchase orders. * Inspect quantities, quality, and condition of products. * Enter product receipts and shipments into the system. * Maintain the inventory database up to date. * Conduct periodic physical inventory counts. * Identify discrepancies between physical and recorded inventory. * Classify and organize products systematically. * Ensure appropriate storage according to product type. * Prepare orders for delivery or distribution. * Identify products with low stock levels. * Promptly report replenishment needs. * Generate reports on inventory levels, movements, and discrepancies. * Support decision-making using up-to-date data. * Propose measures to reduce shrinkage and losses. * Apply company-established safety and storage procedures. * Comply with internal inventory control policies. * Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and sales departments to ensure product availability. * Respond to inquiries regarding inventory levels and movements.
