At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 geniuses, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Monitor and evaluate the quality of service provided by the organization, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures. * Conduct periodic audits and evaluations of service interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions. * Identify areas for service delivery improvement and develop recommendations to enhance processes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives. * Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and areas of concern. * Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials. * Provide training and guidance to staff members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service. * Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in service quality management. * Prepare and present service quality metrics reports to management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Job Summary:** The Inventory Clerk is responsible for conducting physical inventory audits across various operational locations, including warehouses, distribution centers, and Tigo Stores. Supports logistics and operational tasks related to inventory control and verification, ensuring compliance with established procedures and asset integrity. This role requires responsible handling of an assigned vehicle for travel to different locations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct physical inventory audits according to the schedule and guidelines set by the Inventory Control department. * Verify accuracy between physical records and inventory systems (ERP or similar). * Report findings, discrepancies, and improvement recommendations. * Support the execution of cyclic controls, general inventories, and reconciliation processes. * Coordinate with Tigo Stores to conduct stock reviews, product or material removals, and control-related activities. * Drive the assigned vehicle to stores, warehouses, and control points, complying with traffic regulations and internal policies. * Maintain accurate documentation of activities, transfers, and audits performed. * Support Tigo Stores in manual inventory download processes as required by the department. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (high school diploma); technical studies in logistics, administration, or related fields are desirable. * Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, physical auditing, or logistics. * Valid driver’s license and proven experience operating vehicles. * Basic knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word). * Experience with inventory systems or ERP is desirable. * Ability to work with minimal supervision and results-oriented. * Availability to travel within the assigned territory **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
