At PERFOTUNEL S.A.C., we are seeking a Logistics Assistant to join our team in the civil construction sector. Work Location: San Isidro \- Corpac (on-site) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. **Main Responsibilities** * **Reception, review, and validation** of supplier invoices (especially logistics service invoices), verifying compliance with legal requirements and service or purchase orders. * Serve as the **first accounting and tax filter** for invoices prior to registration. * Prepare and control **service orders** and **payment schedules** for approval. * Support the **accounting registration** of purchase and expense invoices in the system (Starsoft). * Verify applicable deductions, withholdings, and perceptions before payment. * Perform **accounts payable and advance reconciliations**. * Coordinate with the **logistics and treasury departments** to validate deliveries, services, and payment schedules. * Maintain an updated and organized **physical and digital archive** of accounting documents, service orders, invoices, and supporting vouchers. * Support the **issuance of sales invoices**, credit notes, and debit notes when necessary. * Participate in the **preparation of monthly accounting reports** and in internal or external audit support. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical diploma or degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **6 months** in similar roles (within logistics, construction, or industrial service companies). * **Specific Knowledge:** * Electronic invoicing, deductions, withholdings, and perceptions. * Preparation of service orders and payment schedules. * Intermediate **Excel proficiency** (pivot tables, basic formulas). * Fundamental accounting standards and administrative procedures.
