Today, Tottus Peru is seeking to hire a Master Data Analyst to join our team. You will be part of a technical cell that strongly drives automation and AI as tools for process optimization. We seek individuals with a solid technical foundation in data, capacity for continuous learning, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and collaborative environment where adaptability is essential. Responsibilities * Manage and maintain product master data throughout its entire lifecycle. * Execute product creation, updates, and deactivation in corporate systems. * Ensure data quality by correcting errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies. * Manage assortment changes, product statuses, and liquidation processes. * Analyze information and prepare reports to support decision-making. * Develop dashboards and KPIs using data visualization tools. * Drive automation initiatives and continuous process improvement. * Address information requests from various business areas. * Train and provide support to internal users on master data management. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure reliable and up-to-date information. Requirements * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience working with data analysis and management. * Experience using data visualization tools such as Looker Studio (ideally), Power BI, or Tableau. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience participating in process automation or improvement initiatives. * Interest in technology and new automation tools. * Availability to work 3 days per week onsite in the Angamos district. * Availability to undergo a selection process involving 2 or 3 interviews. Explore more opportunities to experience the \#FalabellaExperience at Muévete Falabella!**Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Graduates or Bachelor’s degree holders in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Minimum 1 year of experience handling data. * Experience in process automation (desirable). * Knowledge: 'Master Data Management (MDM), Information Systems and Databases.' * PMM knowledge would be a strong plus but is not mandatory. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Data visualization tools (Looker Studio ideally).
