Discover the challenges awaiting you as a Network Deployment Coordinator: * Plan, direct, and control network deployment, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety. * Coordinate deployment execution by aligning with Engineering, Infrastructure, Operations, Logistics, Permits, and strategic suppliers. * Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, tracking forecasts, commitments, execution, and variances. * Manage technical, operational, financial, and regulatory risks by implementing preventive and corrective actions. * Monitor adherence to the plan and critical milestones, identifying deviations and leading recovery plans. * Lead stakeholder management, maintaining effective communication with internal customers, suppliers, and regulatory entities. * Prepare and present executive reports on physical and financial progress, key risks, and deviations. * Ensure compliance with technical, contractual, regulatory, and safety standards per Entel’s policies. * Implement and ensure adherence to the network deployment governance model, managing Pre\-Works and Implementation phases and critical milestones. * Promote continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and driving initiatives to optimize productivity, reduce risks, and enhance deployment efficiency. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * University degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. * Knowledge of Telecommunications Networks. * PMP\-PMI Project Management certification. * Agile methodologies knowledge is desirable. * Experience in investment budget control. * Solid knowledge of Schedule and Budget Management. * Advanced proficiency in Office and MS Project. * Basic proficiency in Visio. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
