Job Summary: We are seeking Fixed Asset Inventory Specialists with experience in physical inventory, registration, and validation of information for a temporary project. Key Highlights: 1. Fieldwork with attention to detail and accuracy **Fixed Asset Inventory Specialists – Project-Based Work** **IMALOG S.A.C.** is seeking **3 Fixed Asset Inventory Specialists** to participate in a physical inventory project. Responsibilities * Perform physical inventory of fixed assets at the client's facilities. * Physically identify and verify assets. * Record information such as description, brand, model, serial number, code, and location. * Validate information collected during the physical walkthrough. * Report discrepancies, unidentified assets, and observations found. * Apply identification labels where applicable. * Maintain organization and quality of recorded information during the inventory. * Comply with IMALOG’s established procedures and criteria for the project. Requirements * Prior experience in **fixed asset inventories**. * Experience conducting physical inventory and recording asset information. * Desired experience in asset labeling and/or identification. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Ability to work with organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Availability to work on **Saturday and Sunday**.
