We are seeking a committed, results-oriented professional to fill the position of: Job Profile: Planner PCP (Production Planning and Control) Job Objective To plan, schedule, and control production activities, ensuring on-time delivery, optimal resource utilization, and performance indicator monitoring to guarantee efficient project execution. Academic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering. Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in Production Planning and Control (PCP) within industrial, metal-mechanical, or manufacturing companies. Experience in project, schedule, and production tracking and control. Knowledge Production Planning and Control (PCP). Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings. Development and analysis of management indicators (KPIs), productivity metrics, and production ratios. Preparation of management reports and summaries. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency, with emphasis on Excel. Proficiency in Microsoft Project. Development and tracking of S-curves. Cost analysis, valuation, and budgetary control. Schedule management and critical path tracking. Desirable knowledge of metal-mechanical processes and continuous improvement. Competencies Analytical ability. Organization and planning skills. Main Responsibilities Develop and update production schedules and execution timelines. Monitor physical project progress using S-curves and performance indicators. Ensure adherence to scheduling and critical path requirements. Analyze productivity and production ratios, proposing improvement actions. Prepare managerial reports and summaries on production progress. Coordinate with various departments to ensure resource availability and adherence to established deadlines. Conduct cost analysis and support project budgetary control. Identify planning deviations and propose corrective measures.
