Ingeniería de la Construcción is a company dedicated to civil and real estate construction for over 43 years in the market; it is currently seeking a **Planning Engineer** who meets the following requirements: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Planning/Control Engineer. * Experience working on buildings such as hospitals, hotels, universities, institutes, multi-family residential buildings, and office buildings. * Primavera P6 – Advanced level. * BIM / Navisworks. * AutoCAD. * Advanced Excel. * Microsoft Project. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Development and control of construction schedules. * Physical progress monitoring. * Productivity and performance management. * Cost and resource control. * S-curves and project KPIs. * Constraint analysis and lookahead planning. * Reading of drawings and quantity take-offs. * Basic contractual management. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work. * Labor benefits under the General Regime payroll system. * Statutory insurance.
